Prompt Engineering & AI Agents — Financial Services

Turn your employees into builders of AI workflows

Hands-on prompt engineering training and custom GPT agents built around your team's real internal processes, with governance included.

AI licences bought. Real adoption: near zero.

Most financial services firms in Pakistan have purchased Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar AI tools. The licences sit largely unused because employees were never taught how to use them on actual workflows. Generic courses teach the interface. Nobody teaches your people to write prompts that work on your KYC process, your credit memos, your claims forms.

The result: digital transformation budgets spent, AI adoption reports disappointing, and leadership wondering if the technology was overhyped — when the real problem was the training.

Training that ships agents, not certificates

Every engagement ends with your staff able to build prompts for their own role and a working GPT agent deployed in your environment — not a slide deck and a generic completion badge.

Process-specific prompt engineering

Workshops are built around your actual internal workflows — KYC review, credit analysis, claims triage, policy lookup, compliance checks. Staff learn to write prompts that solve their real daily tasks, not hypothetical demos.

Custom GPT agent, built for your team

Alongside the training, Promptwright builds one custom GPT agent configured for a priority workflow you specify. It is tested with your team, documented, and handed over ready to use — not a proof-of-concept.

agent delivered

Governance and audit built in

Financial services require more than a chatbot. Every agent Promptwright delivers includes an audit trail, defined prompt boundaries, and a usage policy aligned to regulatory requirements. Your compliance team signs off before go-live.

compliance-ready

L&D integration and documentation

All training materials, prompt libraries, and agent documentation are packaged for your L&D team to maintain and extend. Skills do not leave with the consultant — they become part of your internal knowledge base.

knowledge transfer

From brief to deployed agent in four stages

Each engagement follows a structured method designed for regulated financial services environments — beginning with your actual processes, ending with your team equipped to maintain and extend what was built.

STAGE 01 Discovery

Process audit and workflow mapping

We meet your operations, compliance, and L&D leads to map the three to five workflows with the highest automation potential. We document the inputs, decision points, and outputs for each one before any training design begins.

Deliverable: workflow map + priority ranking
STAGE 02 Training Design

Bespoke prompt engineering curriculum

We design the hands-on workshops around your mapped processes, not a generic slide deck. Each session uses real examples from your environment — actual document types, real terminology, your tool stack. Materials are co-developed with your L&D team.

Deliverable: session plan + prompt library draft
STAGE 03 Live Workshops + Agent Build

Hands-on training and agent construction

Workshops run with your team — in-person or remote — using real tasks. Alongside training, we build the custom GPT agent for your priority workflow: configured, tested with real inputs, and validated against your compliance requirements.

Deliverable: trained cohort + working GPT agent
STAGE 04 Handover

Deployment, documentation, and sign-off

The agent is deployed in your environment with an audit trail and usage policy in place. Full documentation — agent configuration, prompt library, governance framework — is handed to your team. A sign-off session confirms your compliance lead is satisfied before we close.

Deliverable: deployed agent + full documentation package

Not a course. A delivery.

Promptwright engagements are scoped with your team and end with tangible outputs your organisation owns and can maintain. Here is what every engagement includes.

Built for teams like yours

HEAD OF OPERATIONS

If your ops team spends hours each day on document review or data extraction, Promptwright can turn that into a repeatable AI-assisted workflow your staff own and can extend.

L&D / DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

If you have AI licences with low adoption and leadership asking for ROI, Promptwright delivers a training programme aligned to your existing L&D structure with materials you keep.

COMPLIANCE / RISK

If governance is your blocker, every Promptwright agent ships with an audit trail, defined prompt scope, and a usage policy your compliance team reviews before deployment.

Included in every engagement
Process audit and workflow mapping
Discovery session with your operations and compliance leads
Bespoke prompt engineering workshops
Built on your real processes, run with your team
One custom GPT agent, built and deployed
Configured for your priority workflow, tested with real inputs
Prompt library for your trained workflows
Documented, categorised, yours to maintain
Governance framework and audit trail
Usage policy, scope limits, compliance sign-off session

Questions from operations and L&D teams

These are the questions we hear most from heads of operations, L&D, and digital transformation at financial services firms. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

We already have Microsoft Copilot licences. Why do we need Promptwright?

Having the licence is the starting point, not the result. Copilot and similar tools surface in the hands of employees who have no context for how to write prompts that produce useful outputs for their specific role. Promptwright trains your team on the exact tasks they do every day — KYC review, credit analysis, compliance checking — and builds the prompts and agent configuration that make those licences productive. The licence cost is already sunk; Promptwright converts that into actual usage.

How is this different from an online AI course?

Online courses teach generic concepts — what a prompt is, how LLMs work, what GPT can do. Promptwright trains your staff on your processes using your document types, your terminology, your actual workflow steps. Every workshop ends with participants having written and tested prompts on their real daily tasks. And alongside the training, we deliver a working GPT agent configured for one of your priority workflows — something an online course never produces.

How does governance work? Our compliance team is cautious about AI.

Compliance caution is reasonable and we design for it. Every agent Promptwright builds includes a defined scope (what the agent can and cannot do), an audit trail of inputs and outputs, and a usage policy your compliance team reviews before anything is deployed. We conduct a sign-off session with your compliance lead as a standard part of every engagement. The agent does not go live until your compliance team is satisfied.

What happens after the engagement ends? Will the skills stay?

Knowledge transfer is built into the engagement from the start. All training materials, the full prompt library, and the agent documentation are packaged and handed to your L&D team to maintain and extend. We also co-develop the training materials with your L&D team so they can run follow-up sessions themselves. The goal is that Promptwright leaves your organisation more capable, not dependent.

What size of team do you work with?

Promptwright is designed for mid-to-large financial services organisations — banks, microfinance institutions, fintechs, and insurers in Pakistan with between 200 and 5,000 staff. Engagements can begin with a single department or workflow and expand from there. We scope each programme to the team size and number of workflows in the brief you send us.

How do we start? What does the process look like from our side?

Send us a brief using the contact form on this page — describe your organisation, the team or function you want to start with, and any workflows you have in mind. We will respond with a proposed scope and a call to discuss it. From there, a signed brief leads to a discovery session, and we work through the four-stage process from there. The first thing we ask for is a conversation, not a budget commitment.
